Over 2,000 pixel art robot characters with animated GIFs, available in PNG and WebP. Free for commercial use. Designed by Pablo Stanley.
Pixabots is a pixel art robot character pack by designer Pablo Stanley, featuring over 2,000 unique characters, free for commercial use. Each robot is a tiny 32×32 pixels, yet every one has its own personality — different head shapes, eyes, bodies, and accessories combine to ensure no two bots look alike. Some characters even come as animated GIFs, blinking and moving, making them more than just static assets.
Pablo Stanley is also the creator of Open Peeps, Humaaans, Avataaars, and other popular open-source illustration libraries, known for large collections of mix-and-match character elements. Pixabots carries that same passion for character design into the pixel art world. Beyond the free pack on Gumroad, he has also open-sourced the character generator on GitHub for developers to explore.
Pixabots is free for personal and commercial use. You can modify, recolor, composite, and redistribute them as part of your work. The only restriction is that the images cannot be resold as a standalone pack.
